About Us

Dandu Group established in the year 2000, having Registered Office at Satya Nivas, # 37-12-66, Plot No. 106, NGGOs Colony, Pattabi Rama Reddy Gardens, Visakhapatnam 530007, mainly engaged in the field of Civil Engineering and Construction and Real Estate Development works operating in Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Orissa for various clients.
The Group is predominantly engaged in the field of Civil Construction and Realty Project works. The clientele of the Company include Military Engineering Services on behalf of Indian Navy and Air Force, Airports Authority of India and various private parties. Besides this the group is also engaged in realty projects by developing for sale residential buildings on its own land bank.
The Company has well set plans to capitalize the booming Infrastructure Development, Property Development and Real Estate Market. As a first step the company already holds lands worth over 2.50 Crores and entered into agreements with various land owners in Karnataka, Goa and Andhra Pradesh.
The Group is equipped with rich experienced Promoters/Partners and committed personnel to achieve its goals.
The Group has achieved a Turnover and Profit before Tax of Rs. 238.64 Lakhs and Rs. 14.48 Lakhs during financial year 2010-11.

1. Mr. D.V.S.S.R.A.V. PRASADA RAJU

He is aged 51, founder promoter of the Group, and is a qualified Civil Engineer. He is the managing partner of the Group and has more than 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry and executed several prestigious projects of National importance – Reservoirs, Dams, Ports, Warehouses, Stadiums, Sports Facilities, Auditoriums, Theatres, Parks, Roads, Military Engineering Services Projects, industrial, residential & commercial complexes, schools, churches, temples etc. He is a multifaceted personality with diversified interest in business field.
Being a religious minded philanthropist he dedicates some time to serve under the guidance of Shri Shri Shri Tridandi Shri Ranga Ramanuja Jeeyar Swami of Kakinada who works on social development. His past achievements make him hold his head high in the present and provide him the strength and confidence to lay that claim in the future “Professionalism holds the key to his success”.

2. D. N. SATYAVATHI

She is the wife of the founder promoter of the Group Mr. Prasada Raju and is the guiding force behind his strength. She is involved along with him in serving the social objectives of Shri Shri Shri Tridandi Shri Ranga Ramanuja Jeeyar Swami of Kakinada.

3. D. S. R. A. S. S. GANAPATHI RAJU

He is aged about 47 and has been with the group since its inception. He has construction industry project execution experience of more than 25 years as he is primarily based on site.

4. V. PAVAN VARMA

He is aged 29 and a qualified Civil Engineer having graduated from CBIT under Osmania University. He has joined the group in 2010. He has over 4 years of Experience in Project Planning and Execution.

5. KANUMURI LAKSHMI

She is aged 26 and has an Engineering Degree in Computer Science from Andhra University. She has joined the Group in 2005 and has around 3 years of experience. She has experience in assisting our technical and estimation staff with all computer related work. She has also experience in finance, banking and legal functions.

6. Mr. D.V. RAMA RAJU

He joined Dandu Group in 2005. He is aged 27 and has a Degree in Civil Engineering from JNTU, Kakinada which he obtained after finishing a Diploma in Civil Engineering. He is a Businessman by Profession with 3 years of experience in Construction Industry.

7. Mrs. D. N. SANDHYA RANI

She is aged 25, and joined the Group in 2005. She has a Degree in Civil Engineering from JNTU, Kakinada and has experience of around 3 years in Quantity Surveying for the Construction industry

8. Mr. K. N. V. SUBBA RAJU

He is aged 25 and has joined the firm in 2005. He has a Degree in Civil Engineering from Andhra University and has over 3 years experience in Execution, Planning, Quality Control and Costing of the projects.

9. Mr. S. SHRIKANTH

He has joined the group in 2010. He is 20 and presently pursuing 4th year of 5 year integrated course in B.Tech. Petroleum Engineering and MBA Upstream Asset Management from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. He will be completing the course in 2013 and the Group will be able to use his knowledge on any projects that would come in the oil or infrastructure industries.
